Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CoralReef ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

CoralReef provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes traffic through secure servers to safeguard your online privacy and security.

Account Registration

To access the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Keeping your account credentials confidential
• All activities conducted under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate applicable laws and regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other individuals
• Distribute spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertisements
• Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service

Payment & Plans

• Premium features require a paid plan purchased via the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Plan prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
• CoralReef does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions; each purchase grants a fixed duration of premium access.

Refund Policy

All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple following their standard refund procedures. CoralReef Technologies does not process refunds independently.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for:

• Temporary interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Network disruptions or outages beyond our direct control
• Downtime resulting from force majeure events

Intellectual Property

The App, including all design elements, source code, graphics, trademarks, and written content, is the exclusive property of CoralReef Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any component of the App.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Use the Service for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes
• Fail to pay for purchased plans

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoralReef Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or connected to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date will be revised. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
